I’m new to pilates-styled workout, does Element offer beginner classes?
All Our Classes are beginner friendly. If it’s your first class, our instructors will walk you through the machine and Workout cues. Each exercise has the ability to be modified [less intense] or Amplified [more challenging]. You are always welcomed to take breaks as needed. Listen to your body. Always consult your Medical doctor before engaging in workouts.
Will I be sore?
Depending on your current fitness regime, you can expect to be sore after your first class. So Drink up, eat your protein, and listen to your body.
What should I bring for each class?
you must wear grip socks & workout clothes. Be sure to bring a water bottle. If you forget your grip socks, we have grip socks available for purchase at our studio.
How often should I come to see results?
Everyone’s journey is different! Element’s Classes are full body focused. Following general workout recommendations, we recommend anywhere from 1-5 classes a week, depending on your fitness goals.
How early should I arrive to class?
We encourage our clients to show up 5-10 minutes early. If it’s your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early and demo the machine with our instructor.
Can I take classes if I am pregnant?
As Always, Consult your Medical Doctor before taking High-Intensity Classes. Some clients early in their pregnancy journey take our classes and modify moves as necessary. After reaching out to your Medical Doctor, inform your Instructor of pregnancies before class.
What is Element’s Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time, you will receive your class credit back. If you cancel with less than 12 hours before your Scheduled start time, you will not receive your credit back. If you are a no-show, [You don’t cancel your class, and you fail to show up for class] You will be charged $15 for that class.
